More than 20 years of experience in Development, Packaging and Decoration in Cosmetics at L'Oreal on Skincare, Make Up and Perfumes (Most iconic launches I realised on perfume category was Viktor & Rolf (flowerbomb), Diesel (Fuel for Life, Only the Brave), Armani (Aqua di Gioia) and M. Martin Margiela Untitled).
I am currently in charge of the Finishing and Printing Expertise for L'Oréal worldwide.
Meaning that my team and I work on all the Finishing technologies (metallization, hot stamping, pad printing...) and Printing technologies (offset, Flexo, cold stamping, digital...) for all materials and packaging components as glass bottles, plastics caps or bottles, cardboard, sleeves and labels.
Our objectives are to set rules & educate, to improve the process and to capture our future for these technologies to serve the Quality, Time to Market and Agility that L’Oréal business need by working with all of our suppliers.
Nowadays, Decoration is one of the key factor for the brands/consumer especially in terms of perceived value. It is also a way of product differentiation among all the product ranges and an increasing part of the packaging costs.“
