Mike Rottenborn has been CEO of Hybrid Software Group (formerly Global Graphics PLC) since 2020. He has spent 34 years working in the graphic arts industry and began his career as a hardware engineer with DuPont Printing & Publishing. After DuPont, he joined PCC Artwork Systems to focus on prepress workflow software for labels and packaging before founding Hybrid Software Inc. in 2007. Mr. Rottenborn received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and his Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Villanova University.

Rick has worked across both digital and analogue print with Sun Chemical for the last 21 years. During this time, he has worked with all the core ink chemistries and printing techniques. Initially starting out in the ink industry in the Laboratory, focused on aqueous inkjet and toners, before moving onto a technical sales role and later becoming Global Product and Sales Manager for the inkjet business. As digital print continued developing quickly during this period Sun Chemical developed and launched many inkjet products into new sectors, predominantly utilising UV chemistry, although water based technology became and continues to grow in importance.
In 2018 Rick moved from the digital business to his current role as Business Director for the Packaging and Publications business in the UK Ireland, Nordic and Baltics, within this role he deals with all ink chemistries and print technologies across all the major print market segments. He is also an FIA UK board member and takes an active role in analogue and digital ink technology, applications, and markets, utilising his experience to help support their development within Sun Chemical, at customers and industry partners.

Natasha Jeremic has more than 15 years of experience in the inkjet technology with expertise in formulation chemistry of variety of inks such as UV, aqueous, solvent, ceramic and functional fluids. Since 2014, when Natasha joined Domino, she has been actively involved in creation, optimisation and launch of first in-house developed UV inks. At present, she is responsible for new fluids developments in digital printing space, understanding of fundamental science behind complex interactions in the inkjet system and maintenance of the UV portfolio frequently tested by regulatory or supply chain challenges.
She has degree in Organic Chemical Technology and Polymer Engineering from the University of Belgrade (Serbia), and a PhD in Chemical and Process Engineering from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne.
