Your presentation will discuss “The digital ‘Sweet Spot’ in corrugated packaging”, can you give us a sneak peak of what delegates will hear?
I intend to elaborate a little on the strategic considerations in relation to the business system for digital printed corrugated packaging. Drivers and blockers and a discussion on how to avoid the commodity trap.
Why did you choose to tackle this topic?
The technology is well covered by many angles, however, how to make profits in a competitive world seems less discussed.
What are the trends that will redefine the digital printing industry the next 5 years?
Many people expects that digital will disrupt the conventional production methods, however, it might turn out to be an evolution instead. I suspect the printing methods might complement each other for some time.
How can partners and stakeholders in the print industry work effectively to generate growth in the industry?
It’s not about selling the print method - it’s about selling the right complete solution. That’s why the business system is important to understand.
Why do you feel it’s important for companies to attend the Digital Print for Packaging EU conference ?
It’s always beneficial to hear other parties view on subject important to yourselves. It might put your own perception in ‘clearer light'.
