    Digital & Transformation Expert Independent Management Consultant

    Mark is a thought leader and a champion for global innovation who has navigated some of the world’s largest organizations through areas of technology strategy, organizational design, operational effectiveness, cost reduction, change management and risk management leading towards organizational growth.

    He has been at the forefront of some of the most critical capabilities such as Digital, Cloud, Social, DevOps, RPA, AI/Automation and more recently Blockchain.

    Mark thrives on tackling complex, high-risk, and seemingly impossible initiatives. He excels at leading long-term strategic projects driving organizational change and transformation towards business strategy.

     In addition to Mark’s day job he currently serves on the boards of multiple not-for-profit organizations, is an adviser to multiple incubators, sits on multiple start-up advisory boards, writes for CIO magazine and a keynote speaker.

    Carl Joachim is Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer of ePac, an all-digital manufacturer of flexible packaging. Carl has over 25 years of executive management experience with Xerox, Ocè, and Ricoh, having helped create over $1 billion of top line revenue with emerging digital technology used by data centers, commercial printers, and in-plant print centers across the US. In 2013 he turned his focused to the packaging industry, and in 2016 he helped create and establish ePac as the first all-digital flexible packaging company in North America.

  • Savvas Tsoukalas

    President Savco Worldwide, Inc.

    Sav is a Logistics and Produce Supply Chain leader with expertise in a wide range of areas within these supply chains, but his passion is produce. 

    He has 25 years’ experience in produce and 20 Years of Transportation/Logistics. Sav started his career working at his family’s produce wholesale business and fell in love with the never-a-dull day environment. He took a position with Robinson Fresh/C.H. Robinson Worldwide working his way up to GM for the Canada Sourcing Division.

    Sav helped manage brands in Canada for fresh produce, such as: Tropicana, Welch’s, Mott’s, Melon Up, Fresh1.

    Sav founded Savco Worldwide, Inc. in 2014 with the goal to bring the taste of home to families and make produce sexy. He has crated brands such as H20 Melon and EAT! and continues to thrive for innovative solutions in produce.

    Sav has made a long-lasting impact on the industry having created “Transportation Best Practices” for the North American Produce Transportation Working Group (NAPTWG), standardizing the loading and transporting of produce. This is still followed today http://www.naptwg.org. Sav also protected the industry in court to set precedence in transportation law with regards to double brokering.  He is married with 2 boys and currently lives in Oakville, Ontario, CAN.
